Awesome steps - Post lockdown Precautions.
We need to follow some important precautionary measures post lockdown to curb Covid 19 totally, not only at home but every where whenever we go out.
Before moving out sanitize your door lock, nobs and Door bell switch as well as lift door opening buttons and handles. Keep small Sanitizer handy out side your house for this purpose.
While moving out -
1 ) Always wear 3 layers N95 Masc to cover the face.
2 ) wear a dedicated pair of slipper or shoes while moving out of house. Remove the same out side the house.
3 ) Keep a distance of minimum 5-6 feets from the other person or shopkeeper.
4 ) Dont touch your face with your hands when you are out side of your home.
5 ) Keep small sanitizer handy if feel you have touched suspicious things to sanitize your hands immediately.
6 ) Try to keep purchased material away from your body, keep habit of carrying basket to keep things purchased in cloth bags and then put it in the basket. Go to market once in a week and purchase the required thing at once by preparing list of things to purchase before leaving house , avoid frequent visit out side or market places.
7 ) you need not to wear masc while you are at home unless you you feel feverish of influenza. But you should always wear masc or cover your face whenever you are stepping out of your house.
How to make payments.
Always avoid cash exchange transactions, make online payments via your phone to the beneficiary party , directly in his account or paytm app or using bhim app it is generally accepted payment option insist for it. Avoid risk in accepting handled cash in your hands or wallet.
If in any circumstances you have accepted cash or coins , immediately disinfect the Currency cash by ironing on it at an isolated place and disinfect coins and your hands too immediately by soap and sanitizer. Always Use minimum 70 % alcohol base sanitizers.
Use staircases avoid Lifts.
Always use staircases instead of using public lifts as you never knows how many have used it prior to you it's a risky deal. In unavoidable circumstances if you are using the public lift use it for you alone do not share your lift travelling, not even along with lift operator, as minimum 6 feets distance is required with others which is rather impossible in lifts. So travel alone, press the required buttons by rapping paper around your fingers or with support of key or pen , instead of doing all this avoid it, it use stairs that will help you to stay fit.
Better option is to use staircases, but do not touch your body or hands to side wall or hand bars as well.
After coming back home.
Do not touch or open your door by using your hands instead call some body who is inside, ask them to come to open door before that instruct them to keep open bathrooms door first, so that you can directly go inside the bathroom to take wash. Remove your slippers outside the door if possible or directly wash them too with soap and water. Keep the material brought by you to isolated dedicated place for disinfection, keep aside your wallet, watch belt etc aside to sanitize, remove your entire cloths including innerwear to soak in detergent soap water for wash. Wash your Masc if it is washable or throw, discard it in a dustbin by keeping in a small waste bag. Take a complete bath with soap thoroughly from over the head. women's if not had covered their hairs by cloth Masc or shower cap while they were out of house for marketing, must take bath over the head, wash their hairs too.
If an outsider comes to our house.
If any out sider like, electrician, gadgets repairer, carpenter, technician visits our house any unavoidable circumstances, first of all out of the gate only, he should be asked whether he has or had not any symptoms of fever or cough. His body temperature should be checked at the door only with Infra Red Contact less Thermometer.
Then he should be asked to sanitize his hands and feets properly. He should be instructed to wear the Masc compulsarily and asked to keep his tools material at one place and do the designated work without touching any where other than the task.
After completion of his work the place and the equipments used by him should be cleaned washed with soap disinfectant and sanitized properly. The house should be Moped properly with soap water and disinfectant regularly every day. The utensils we use are generally we wash with soap every day so need not to be sanitized.
So friends these are the important precautions and instructions we need to follow post lockdown properly and regularly to resist and completely curb the Covid 19 Corona virus pandemic situation. This would be really our awesome step to eradicate Corona completely.

ReplyDeleteWhatever written is perfect. My question is didn't prince prince and others top people in the world did not follow the protocal. Actually the hype started just to fix the economy etc. Who started it ???. But at the same time they did not expect to backfire which did. We created our own monster for self benefits. How long it will last is bigger ?????
