A mentor is always willing to teach what he knows. Good mentors helps his disciple in every thing, he understands what disciple requires, accordingly he tries to give him , his full support by sharing all information and technics he knows. He gives his continuous support happily.

Mentor is always a positive role model for his Disciples. 

A  mentor contributes his personal efforts that takes his Disciples to be a successful in the field. With positive attitude he tries to groom his disciples to be positive and productive in in doing every tasks and he tries to inculcate, imbibe that habits in his Disciples which ultimately helps his disciples  to be productive and successful in his ventures.

The mentor always take responsibility very seriously to groom his disciples. He feel proud if their disciples are knowledgeable, compassionate, and possesses the early grasping attitude. Being a good teacher and trainer, mentors generally possess good communication skills. A mentor is always committed for helping their Disciples to get disciplined success and also gratification. He teaches to empower in their chosen profession thoroughly. Mentor creates enthusiasm easily. He values on and likes, learning attitude and constructive growth of his Disciples in all the fields.

Mentor provides proper guidance and constructive feedback to grow as well as identify the strong strategies, strengths and weaknesses in the learning and guide to make optimistic use of these strengths to become successful in the field.

Mentor continually try to set a good example by showing his own personal habits, professional goals and try to imbibe his overall personal success in his Disciples by setting his own good example. To encourage and motivate them every time also during their stress, distressed situation, to bring them out of their stress and to initiate their steps again towards their desired goals. He always tries to bring them on track when they distract with some other reason. He empowers the Disciples on the track through his positive feedback and appreciation on their efforts.
